I founded Three Cord Leadership in 2022. Over 10+ years and 3,500+ mastermind calls, small business owners have trusted me to help them lead their companies. Weekly sessions meet online by video, so owners join from anywhere in the country. Once a year, Executive Mastermind members meet in person for a two-day retreat in Franklin, Tennessee.
Each Executive Mastermind room is capped at 8 owners. Key Leader Mastermind pods have five people, one person per company.
Yes, for both the Executive and Key Leader Masterminds. The room works because every member makes decisions from the same values, so being a Christian is a requirement.

One year. Trust takes time to build, and the room works best when the same people show up every week.
It’s an annual commitment, and we ask every member to stay the full year. If something serious or unavoidable comes up, we’ll talk through your situation with you.
