Brian is the founder and owner of Three Cord Leadership, founded in 2022.
He is passionate about helping people grow stronger businesses, healthier relationships, and more intentional lives. He believes that when leadership is done correctly, it has an impact far beyond business — that a truly intentional leader sees that they lead and serve their business and their family.
Outside of work, Brian's most important roles are husband and father. As a dad raising five boys, he jokingly refers to himself as the “ring leader.” He is an avid reader, lifelong learner, technology enthusiast, CrossFitter, barbecue aficionado, and novice sourdough baker.
Whether coaching leaders or spending time with family, Brian is driven by a deep desire to help people live intentionally, steward their time wisely, and build lives they will be proud of long after their business success is measured.
